Advocacy Outreach Gets Ready For Christmas!

Advocacy Outreach will offer their ‘Gift Card Christmas Program’ again this year for families needing assistance.

“Right now I'm asking for sponsors,” said Patsy Hoffman, program manager. “Sponsors may purchase the gift cards and bring them to me at Advocacy Outreach, or they can donate the money and I will purchase the cards.”

“They may spend whatever their budget allows and get a receipt for tax deduction if they choose to. All the gift cards go into a ‘general fund’ and divided among the request families according to size. I need sponsor contributions by Friday, November 22nd,” said Hoffman, “That gives me enough time to know exactly how many families we can help. Qualified families will sign-up the first week in December and get their cards on a designated day close to Christmas.”
